Scapegoating the Sex Industry

To:   Peter Holey
From: Richard G. Eramian (Rick)
Subject: Wars against freedom

When you blame sex workers and their clients for real crimes such as
theft, assault, and rape as you did in the Lynn Item, you are employing
the concept of "collective guilt" which is an un-American, totalitarian
concept. For example, the Nazis blamed Jews as a group for crimes such
as theft, fraud, etc. in order to justify the policy of treating everyone of
them as a criminal who is personally responsible for committing those
real crimes.

So, let me help you. Only individuals commit crimes, not groups. For
example, suppose some aggressive cop beats up his wife or worse just
because she no longer will submit to his barking orders. You should not
be punished for that crime just because you belong to the same group as
the guilty party. Now, do you get it?

The only time that crime has been associated with sex between consenting
adults is when it has been illegalized and armed agents were employed to
assault the victims of those laws. Unfortunately, as you well know,
there is no shortage of thugs who would love to be paid to push around
defenseless women.

The reason why sex workers are vulnerable to being abused by some of
their clients is because their rights are not protected by the courts.
They are vulnerable because the law views them as criminals. The law
treats them worse than their worst clients. They are not even allowed to
possess the means of self-defense because the law will punish them more.

You are committing the same crimes as a serial rapist. You believe that
you have the right to control other people's bodies and punish them if
they refuse to submit. Like all rapists, you believe that you have the
right to force your will onto others.

Your claim that you are a humanitarian who is helping his victims is
delusional. Suppose some humanitarians wanted to cure you of your
addiction to violence, power, and control: how would you like to be
helped? Would you like to be treated with respect or would you prefer to
be assaulted by an armed gang, thrown into a cage, and murdered if you
resist? By the way, private rapists also claim that their violent assaults
benefit their victims. Like yourself, their addiction to power and control
has destroyed their common sense as well as their humanity.

The truth is that there are millions of peaceful human beings who do
not pass your tests of purity and are no more inferior to you and
your gang than the Jews were inferior to the police and "good" citizens
of National Socialist Germany. In fact, more than ninety percent of all
those being arrested today in fascist America are 100% innocent of any
real crime. They have not harmed anyone or violated anyone's rights.

All prohibition wars against freedom and all government oppression are
made possible by gun control. For example, it was gun control that
allowed the government in National Socialist Germany to arrest millions
of Jews. In this country, gun control allowed the government to
exterminate many native American Indians. It was gun control that
allowed slavery and the lynchings of colored people. Likewise, it was
gun control that allowed the authorities to transform the "land of the
free" into the world's leading police-prison state by jailing millions
of the poor and powerless. The lower classes are always the main
target of most laws.

In a free society with unrestricted access to guns, the current
illegalization wars being conducted against the poor and powerless would
not be possible. Widespread violations of natural rights are not
possible when the target population is armed. That is the reason why
George Washington (our first President) described an armed population as
"liberty's teeth". That is the reason why the lower classes have been
disarmed. That is the reason why members of the underclass are routinely
stopped and searched, and thrown into prison for just possessing a gun
even though they have a Constitutional right to do so. (In the words of
Thomas Jefferson, "No free man shall be denied the use of arms.")

Of course, the peaceful solution to government violence and oppression
is to restore freedom. Abolish the laws that criminalize peaceful
behavior and honest trade. Acknowledge the simple truth that is wrong to
assault, rob, arrest, or kill peaceful human beings. The police should
only be authorized to arrest real criminals who commit real crimes such
as theft, assault, and disturbing the peace.

Did you know that the Islamic Taleban is in complete agreement with you
regarding the illegalization of prostitution, drugs, guns, and gambling?
Like yourself, they have no respect for individual rights. Please
consider the fact that you have betrayed the principle of individual
liberty, the principle upon which this country was founded. Thank you.

Challange to all drug fighters and illegalizers

There is an honorable way to win the wars on drugs and guns, and
all the other wars that are currently being waged against the
American people and their freedoms such as the wars on gambling
and prostitution, and the thousands of other laws that
criminalize peaceful behavior and basic human rights. Every
person who advocates any of these prohibition wars or laws should
be required to meet with a defender of freedom on the Field of
Honor. I suggest pistols at point blank range so that none of the
war mongers can weasel out. Thus, every war advocate would be
given a choice to volunteer for combat or shut up.

One volunteer from each side will meet on the Field. When that
contest is over, another will begin. The war will be over and the
winner determined when one side runs out of volunteers. There
will be no civilian casualties or innocent victims. Likewise,
there will be no property damage or destruction. And, the
taxpayers will no longer be forced to pay a trillion dollars
every year to prosecute these dirty, prohibition wars.

I predict that this war will be the shortest war in history with
an easy victory for freedom and very little blood. Why? Because
requiring the war mongers to fight will cause 99% of all the drug
fighters, gun grabbers, and other illegalizers to voluntarily disappear.
It would be like turning on a light in a dark room and watching the
cockroaches run for cover. Why? Because enemies of freedom, like
all other violent thugs, are not honorable people. Their idea of a
fair fight is to employ a dozen government goons to point a
dozen guns at one head.

A sure way to win and prevent all wars against freedom is to
require the war advocates to fight. In fact, that requirement
would end all wars. Would President Obama meet on the Field of
Honor with President Assad? Would Bush do combat with Saddam?
Would Clinton fight Milosevic to the death? Would anyone of those
clowns send their children to fight in any of their wars to
overthrow governments, steal natural resources, and impose
democracy? No, but they would gladly donate other people's lives
and money to wage their wars.

Contrary to what is taught in government controled schools and
media, Freedom is not thousands of pages of laws, taxes, rules,
regulations, licences, permits, fees, and mandates. Freedom is
the absence of government control. Freedom means that there are
only three laws, the natural laws that prohibit assault, theft,
and disturbing the peace. Freedom means that peaceful human
beings who exercise their natural rights to life, liberty, and
the pursuit of happiness are not criminals. Freedom means that
the police are only authorized to arrest real criminals who
commit real crimes.

Drug fighters, gun grabbers, and other illegalizers are criminals
because they kill, assault, rob, arrest, and even murder peaceful
human beings. They are also terrorists because they target
civilians.

In fact, the people who founded this country were smugglers, gun
owners, and tax resistors who did not recognize the authority of
any government to interfere with honest trade, peaceful behavior,
or the right to bear arms. Ultimately, they refused to be stopped
and searched for guns and contraband. These facts are the origin
of the Second and Fourth Amendments, the heart and soul of this
Republic. Thus, drug fighters, gun grabbers, and their fellow
illegalizers are traitors in addition to being violent criminals
and terrorists.

The Execution of Denis Reynoso

By all accounts, Denis Reynoso was a good guy, well-loved by his family
and friends, and well-liked by his neighbors. He was a peaceful person
who respected his fellow humans. So, why was he shot and killed by the
Lynn Police while he was in his home caring for his two young children?

According to newspaper reports, the police department received a noise
complaint and sent three cops to respond (Why is it necessary to send
three armed men to respond to a simple noise complaint?). When the
police arrived, all was quiet. Apparently, Mr. Reynoso had had a brief
argument with someone outside his home and then went back inside. The
cops went to his home and knocked on the door. No one answered. Instead
of going away, the cops forced their way into Mr. Reynoso's home and
proceeded to shoot and kill the defenseless dad when he objected to
their violent and criminal behavior.

Unfortunately, this execution was not an isolated event. There was the
cold-blooded murder of Michael Addesa, a man suffering from depression
who was not bothering anyone when he was fatally assaulted by a Lynn cop.
And, there have been several other senseless killings by the police.
Over the past decade or two, the Lynn Mayors and city councilors have
allowed the creation of a Frankenstein monster. Officer Friendly has
been replaced by Officer Mean, Officer Bully, and Officer Psychopath.
How did this happen?

The police are supposed to be peace keepers. They are supposed to help
resolve disputes between neighbors. They are supposed to de-escalate
potentially violent situations. They are never supposed to introduce
violence into a peaceful situation. They are supposed to serve and
protect the people, not bully and stomp on them. (Of course, they never
bully and stomp on members of the ruling class.) How did we evolve
into a full-blown police state?

It happened so gradually that most people didn't see it. After several
decades of moving in the wrong direction of enacting more unjust laws
that criminalize innocent activity, the average American now unknowingly
commits three felonies a day. The authorities can now convict anyone of
a "crime". In the words of Lavrenti Beria, Stalin’s chief of secret
police: “Show me the man, and I will find you the crime.”

As a result of the constant erosion of freedom together with the
militarization of the police and the creation of thousands of SWAT
teams, innocent Americans are routinely being treated like they are
worse than murderers. After several decades of "getting tough" on
"crime", we have adopted the Nazi policy of "Zero Tolerance" and the
totalitarian policy of "Obey or Die". These fascist policies attract
bullies and sociopaths like flies to excrement.

These issues need to brought out into the open because sunshine is a
good disinfectant. I suggest a public meeting where those who oppose
this fascist crap are allowed to speak. And, a public debate between a
defender of the current police state and a principled opponent. In the
words of the poet John Milton: "Let Truth and Falsehood grapple; who
ever knew Truth put to the worse, in a free and open encounter?"

We also need to establish a Civilian Review Board with the power to fire
any cop who behaves like a stormtrooper. It is ridiculous that the police
are allowed to investigate and judge themselves.

A man's home is supposed to be a refuge, an island of peace, a safe
place to enjoy his family and friends, and his solitude. In fact, the
principle that a man's home is his castle dates all the way back to
Magna Carta in the year 1215. Not even the King could enter the home of
the poorest person unless invited. This principle became part of the
Rights of Englishmen and was later exported to America in the form of
the Fourth Amendment. Let's not allow it to die in Lynn.

"The right most valued by all civilized men is the right to be left
alone." –- Justice Louis Brandeis.

Drug Control

The major drugs in the world -- alcohol, cannabis, opiates (e.g.
morphine and heroin), and cocaine -- are valuable medicines which have
served mankind throughout history. Medicinal plants and extracts are
also the safest drugs. Preparations of alcohol, cannabis, opium, and
coca have been safely produced and consumed for centuries. These
much-valued herbal medicines also have religeous, ceremonial, and
recreational uses. They belong in every home and medicine kit unless the
owner chooses otherwise.

Medicinal plants and extracts are currently illegal because they cannot
be patented. They are illegal because they can be produced and sold for
pennies by poor people such as peasant farmers. They are illegal because
the biological action of every prescription drug can be duplicated with
medicinal plants, extracts, and dietary supplements that are much safer,
more effective, and much cheaper. In a free market where everyone,
including poor people, are allowed to compete, basic medicines (drugs)
would be dirt cheap. Big Pharma (the government licensed drug cartel)
would lose more than ninety percent of their sales amounting to several
hundred billion dollars per year. That is the reason why government drug
fighters are employed to arrest millions of consumers who prefer natural
drugs or choose not to be ripped off by Big Pharma. Money is the reason
why government thugs are employed to murder peasant farmers and spray
poison on their land, livestock, crops, and families. In fact, the
medical industrial complex purchases tons of opiates every year from
selected peasant farmers and resell them by prescription for more than a
thousand times what they paid. The prescription drug racket is the
most profitable racket in history enforced by armies of police and a
vast prison complex.

The drug war is now a one trillion dollar per year armed robbery that
enriches Big Pharma and the police-prison industrial complex at the
expense of taxpayers and consumers. It is the largest armed robbery in
history.

Adults who refuse to be told what they may eat, drink, smoke, or
otherwise ingest are not criminals anymore than those who refuse to be
told what they may read, write, think, or believe. Drug fighters and
illegalizers are criminals because they assault, rob, arrest, and even
kill peaceful people. They are also terrorists because they target
civilians.

The people who founded this country were smugglers, gun owners, and tax
resistors who did not recognize the authority of any government to
interfere with honest trade, peaceful behavior, or the right to bear
arms. Ultimately, they refused to be stopped and searched for guns and
contraband. These facts are the origin of the Second and Fourth
Amendments, the heart and soul of this Republic. Thus, in addition to
being violent criminals and terrorists, drug fighters and illegalizers
are also traitors.

Gun Control

The history of human oppression and persecution is armed men violating
the natural rights of defenseless men, women, and children. All this
evil is made possible by “gun control”.

For example, it was gun control that allowed the government in National
Socialist Germany to arrest and kill millions of Jews and others. Gun
control allowed the Armenian genocide by the Turkish government. All
rapes and torture are made possible by gun control. The institution of
slavery and the lynching of negroes was made possible by gun control. It
was gun control that allowed the extermination of the Plains Indians as
a favor to the railroad barons. Likewise, it was gun control that
allowed fascist thugs to transform the “land of the free” into the
world’s leading police-prison state by jailing millions of the poor and
powerless. And, as gun control continues to expand, the number of
victims of unjust laws and brutal enforcement continue to grow. Today,
no one is safe except for the very rich, powerful, or politically
connected. Military-style assaults against peaceful people are now
taking place in every city and town across this country. Being labeled
as a “gun traffiker” or “drug traffiker” in fascist Amerika is like
being labeled a Jew in nazi Germany.

In a free society with unrestricted access to guns, the current
illegalization wars being conducted against the poor, powerless, and
many others would not be possible. Widespread violations of natural
rights are not possible when the target population is armed. That is the
reason why George Washington (our first President) described an armed
population as “liberty’s teeth”. That is the reason why the targets of
persecution must first be disarmed. That is the reason why members of
the underclass are routinely stopped, searched, and thrown into prison
for just possessing a gun even though they have a Constitutional right
to do so. (In the words of Thomas Jefferson, “No free man shall be
denied the use of arms.”)

Of course, the peaceful solution to violence and oppression is to
restore freedom. Abolish the thousands of laws that criminalize peaceful
behavior and natural rights. Acknowledge the simple truth that it is wrong
to assault, rob, arrest, or kill peaceful human beings who have harmed
no one. The police should only be authorized to arrest real criminals
who commit real crimes such as theft, assault, and disturbing the peace.

Americans need to know that the people who founded this country were
smugglers, gun owners, and tax resistors. These champions of natural
rights did not recognize the authority of any government to interfere
with honest trade, peaceful behavior, or the right to bear arms.
Ultimately, they refused to be stopped and searched for guns and
contraband. These facts are the foundation of the American Revolution.
They are also the origin of the Second and Fourth Amendments, the heart
and soul of this former Republic.

Question for a cop

Hello Ms. Aylward

As one of your employers, I must tell you that sex between consenting
adults is a basic human right. Likewise for honest production and trade.
Thus, your violent interference into the sex industry is a violation of
human rights. Instead of defending human freedom, you are an enemy of
freedom. In addition to being guilty of armed assault against peaceful
humans, you are also guilty of fraud by offering services that you have
no intention of providing.

Since no one or group has the right to force their sexual preferences
onto you, you do not have the right to force your sexual preferences
onto others. It is called the Golden Rule.

By the way, every rapist is in complete agreement with yourself. They
also believe that it is okay to assault a peaceful person, control their
body, and punish them if they resist.

Are you even a little bit concerned by the fact that you are helping
armed men to push around defenseless women?  Do you have any
empathy for the people whom you are abusing? Please try to consider
these larger issues. Thank you.
